\u00e9conomiques socialement responsables en introduisant des crit\u00e8res environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance dans les arbitrages pour les attributions d\u2019aides ou de subventions publiques.<\/p><p><strong>3)<\/strong> Cr\u00e9er un programme d\u00e9clin\u00e9 r\u00e9gionalement d\u2019intelligence \u00e9conomique int\u00e9grant des repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rentes fili\u00e8res, des universitaires, des citoyens motiv\u00e9s ou experts, pour prendre en compte une strat\u00e9gie industrielle capable de prot\u00e9ger, d\u00e9velopper et cr\u00e9er les acteurs industriels en harmonie avec l\u2019histoire et la g\u00e9ographie des territoires.<\/p><p><strong>4)<\/strong> Int\u00e9grer des repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s et d\u2019associations dans la d\u00e9finition des axes strat\u00e9giques des aides publiques et des garanties en terme d\u2019investissements et d\u2019emplois, puis dans la phase de contr\u00f4le dans les entreprises du respect des engagements contreparties aux aides publiques.<\/p><p><strong>5)<\/strong> Anticiper les \u00e9volutions des march\u00e9s et des r\u00e9percussions sur l\u2019emploi par fili\u00e8re industrielle, par la construction d\u2019activit\u00e9s de diversifications et par l\u2019adaptation de l\u2019offre de formations en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p><p><strong>6)<\/strong> Cr\u00e9er un programme de gestion pr\u00e9visionnelle des emplois et des comp\u00e9tences au niveau des r\u00e9gions pour identifier les m\u00e9tiers, les comp\u00e9tences en recul, en tension, pour d\u00e9finir une politique de reconversion et de formations continues reconversion et de formations continues adapt\u00e9es aux bassins d\u2019emplois.<\/p><p><strong>7)<\/strong> Cr\u00e9er des fonds r\u00e9gionaux pour la prise de participation dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux acteurs industriels de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour les \u00e9nergies d\u00e9carbon\u00e9es.<\/p><p><strong>8)<\/strong> Cr\u00e9er un autre fonds aliment\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9pargne citoyenne et garanti par l\u2019\u00c9tat, dans le but de soutenir et d\u00e9velopper l\u2019industrie locale et la lib\u00e9rer ainsi d\u2019une financiarisation d\u00e9vastatrice pour les territoires.<\/p><p><strong>9)<\/strong> Imposer que les centres de d\u00e9cisions des entreprises soient locaux et lutter contre l\u2019\u00e9vasion fiscale qui appauvrit les entreprises, les salari\u00e9s et les ressources des territoires.<\/p><p><strong>10)<\/strong> Promouvoir les carri\u00e8res et emplois des fili\u00e8res industrielles par notamment l\u2019organisation de visites d\u2019entreprises proches et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une journ\u00e9e de l\u2019industrie au
